摘要
研究了微弧氧化主盐溶液中十二烷基苯磺酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠浓度对运动器材用LY2铝合金表面微弧氧化膜层厚度、膜层表面和截面形貌、物相组成和电化学性能的影响。结果表明,随着电解液中十二烷基苯磺酸钠浓度的提高,微弧氧化涂层的厚度呈现先增加而后减小的趋势,在十二烷基苯磺酸钠浓度为0.04g/L时取得涂层厚度最大值;随着电解液中十二烷基硫酸钠浓度的提高,微弧氧化涂层的厚度呈现波浪形变化,但是整体呈现出降低的特征;添加不同浓度十二烷基苯磺酸钠或十二烷基硫酸钠后得到的微弧氧化涂层的腐蚀电位都要相对基础主盐涂层更正,相应的耐腐蚀性能更好,且在主盐溶液中添加0.08g/L十二烷基苯磺酸钠或者0.03g/L十二烷基硫酸钠可以获得耐腐蚀性能较好的涂层;微弧氧化膜层的厚度与耐腐蚀性能之间没有明显的对应关系,而与膜层中显微孔洞数量及其分布有关。
        Studied the effects of additive concentration with sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and sodium dodecyl sulfate on surface oxidation film thickness,surface and cross-section morphology,physical and electrochemical properties on micro arc LY2 aluminum Alloy. The results showed that with the increase of the concentration of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate in the electrolyte,the thickness of the micro arc oxidation coating increased first and then decreased,and the maximum thickness of the coating was obtained when the concentration of sodium benzene sulfonate was 0.04 g/L;with the concentration of sodium dodecyl sulfate increased,the thickness of the micro arc oxidation coating presents a wave shape,but the whole structure presents a decreasing characteristic. The corrosion potential of micro arc oxidation coating added different concentration of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and sodium dodecyl sulfate shifted positively compared with basic salt coating,the corresponding corrosion resistance were better,and the addition of 0.08 g/L sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate or 0.03 g/L sodium dodecyl sulfate in salt solution can obtain coatings with better corrosion resistance. There is no obvious relationship between the thickness of micro arc oxidation coating and corrosion resistance,but it is related to the number and distribution of micro pores in the film.
