摘要
针对鄂尔多斯地区煤样,对其做灰成分分析,并测得其灰熔融温度,在高温气化条件下,对比原煤焦、脱灰煤焦和添加煤灰的脱灰煤焦在高温气化下的反应活性,通过对比3组煤样CO2转化率的高低,来分析煤灰中的矿物质与高温气化反应之间的关联性,为实际生产提供可靠的数据。
According to the coal samples in Ordos area,the ash fusion temperature was measured and the reaction activity of the original coal char,take off char and coal ash were compared under high temperature gasification. The correlation between the minerals and the high temperature gasification reaction was analyzed by comparing the CO2 conversion of the three groups,which provided reliable data for the actual production.
