高温模压用锦氨针织物增白、定形工艺优化

摘要
针对锦氨针织物在高温模压后出现过度变黄、荧光花、黄斑等质量问题,对锦氨针织物的增白工艺、热定形工艺和模压工艺进行了优化,对优化后工艺生产锦氨针织物的白度、模压色变和布面效果进行了评价,并进行实际生产。结果表明,优化后增白工艺为:酸性荧光增白剂NFW为0.4%、酸性匀染剂P为1.0 g/L、抗酚黄变剂N为5.0 g/L、增白浴p H值控制在5.0~6.0、浴比为1:6、增白温度为95℃;经优化后热定形工艺为:软油S为8.0 g/L、锦纶抗热变整理剂T为4.0 g/L、温度为110~130℃;经优化后模压工艺为模压温度为180~200℃、模压时间为180~210 s。在优化后工艺条件下实际生产的产品尺寸稳定性好、手感柔软,模压色变较小。
        The traditional high temperature molding process of nylon and spandex interknitted fabric has the problem of over-yellowing, fluorescent spot, and yellow spot. In this paper, the whiting and heat setting process were optimized, the whiteness, mold yellowing and fabric effect of optimized process were tested, which was applied in the real production. The results show that, the optimal whitening process is that the dosage of fluorescent whitening agent NFW is 0.4%, the dosage of acid leveling agent P is 0.6 g/L, the dosage of phenol yellowing agent N is 5.0 g/L, bath ratio is 1∶6, whitening temperature is 95 ℃, and p H is 5.0~6.0; the optimal heat-setting process is that the dosage of soft oil S is 8.0 g/L, the dosage of nylon heat-resistant finishing agent is 25.0 g/L, temperature is 110~130 ℃, machine speed is 25 m/min; the optimal high temperature process is that temperature is180~200 ℃, time is 180~210 s. Under this conditions, the product has good dimensional stability, soft hand and acceptable yellowing.
