颅内幕上下多发脑膜瘤1例

<正>患者女性,30岁。因"阵发性左侧肢体麻木乏力10h"入院。入院前10h患者出现左侧肢体麻木乏力,伴头晕、视物旋转、恶心呕吐,症状可自行缓解,至入院时上述症状总计发作4次,每次持续时间约3min。入院查体:意识清,精神可,无思维及定向障碍,双侧瞳孔等大等圆,直径约3mm,对光反射灵敏,颈软无抵抗,四肢肌力Ⅴ级,肌张力正常,浅深反射存在,双侧巴氏征阴性。头颅MRI示(图1)两侧额部中线区(胼胝体膝部前上方)可见多发团块状异常信号,部分病灶
