摘要
为了快速恢复生产,包钢3号高炉炉缸采用浇注料进行了整体浇注。高炉开炉后生产顺利,实践证明,炉缸采用整体浇注技术,投资少,施工快,炉缸安全可靠,是一项比较先进的实用技术,为高炉开炉3天顺利达产创造了条件。投产后,改变常规操作及传统观念,通过优化气流控制、加大批重、强化冶炼等,稳定煤气流,确保炉况稳定顺行,高炉取得了较好的技术经济指标。
In order to resume production quickly, integral casting of castables is adopted for Baotou Steel's No. 3 BF hearth and the furnace achieves smooth and successful production after blowon again. The practice proved such integral casting technology brings the advantages of lower investment, short construction time, safe and reliable operation of hearth, and it is a state of the art and applicable technology which allows the blast furnace hitting the output target just 3 days after re-blowon. By upgrading the operation and concept, the furnace realizes stable and smooth running, and better techno-economic indexes via optimizing air flow control, increasing the batch weight, and intensifying the smelting, etc.
