摘要
针对铟反萃液中和渣中铟含量高同时杂质元素砷含量也高的特点,提出了采用两次碱浸分离铟、砷的新工艺。结果表明,相比原有工艺,铟回收率从40%提高至90%以上,反萃液中和渣中铟含量从7.011%提升至20.06%,砷含量从原有的9.40%降低至0.64%。
According to the characteristics of the high content of indium in the extraction agent slag and the high content of impurity element arsenic,a new process of separating indium and arsenic by two alkali leaching was proposed.The results show that compared with the original process,the indium recovery rate is increased from 40% to over 90%,the indium content in the extraction agent slag is increased from 7.011% to 20.06%,and the arsenic content is reduced from the original 9.40% to 0.64%.
