摘要

基于PLC和WinCC开发设计一套高炉煤气柜监控系统。介绍了系统总体工艺流程,给出了PLC硬件选型方案和主要控制功能,并设计监控画面。投运后,系统完全满足高炉煤气柜的运行需求。
        Having PLC and WinCC based to design a monitoring system for blast furnace gas holder was implemented and PLC selection scheme and its main functions were presented, including the design of HMI. The application results show that, this monitoring system can meet operation requirements of the blast furnace gas holder.
