全程护理干预对无痛胃镜联合肠镜检查患者的效果

摘要
目的探讨全程护理干预对无痛胃镜联合肠镜检查患者的效果。方法 2017年6～12月,随机选取在我院接受无痛胃镜联合肠镜检查的患者120例作为研究对象,利用简单随机法划分为对照组和观察组,每组患者60例,对照组实施常规护理干预措施,观察组在此基础上行全程护理,观察对比两组患者血压、心率、内镜操作时间、麻醉药物使用量和不良反应发生情况。结果相较于对照组,观察组患者收缩压、舒张压和心率较低(P <0.05);观察组患者内镜操作时间较短,麻醉药物使用量较低(P <0.05);观察组患者焦躁不安、血压下降和呼吸抑制发生率分别为3.33%、1.67%和5.00%,均低于对照组13.33%、11.67%和18.33%(P <0.05)。结论针对无痛胃镜联合肠镜检查患者,给予全程护理干预效果显著,保证患者血压平稳,降低不良反应发生率,值得进一步推广。
Objective To explore the effect of whole-course nursing intervention on patients with painless gastroscopy combined with enteroscopy. Methods One hundred and twenty patients who underwent painless gastroscopy combined with enteroscopy in our hospital from June to December 2017 were selected as research objects.According to simple random method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing interventions while the observation group was given whole-course nursing on basis of it.The blood pressure,heart rate,endoscopic operation time,dosage of anesthetics and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared. Results Compared with the control group,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic pressure and heart rate were lower in the observation group(P < 0.05).The endoscopic operation time and dosage of anestheticsin the observation group were lower(P< 0.05).The incidences of anxiety,blood pressure drop and respiratory depression were respectively 3.33%,1.67%and 5.00%,which were all lower than those of the control group 13.33%,11.67%,and 18.33%(P < 0.05). Conclusion For patients with painless gastroscopy combined with enteroscopy,whole-course nursing intervention has significant effects.It can ensure the stable blood pressure and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of further promotion.
