摘要

通过对盘管机的工作原理和传动机构的运动轨迹进行分析计算,总结出盘管机在进行冷弯卷制金属螺旋盘管时进给辊快速进给至准确位置的位移计算公式,该公式大大提高了设备的工作效率。
        By analyzing and calculating the working principle of coil machine and the trajectory of transmission mechanism, the displacement formulas of the feed roller of the coil machine in the process of cold bending and rolling metal spiral coil were summarized.
