摘要
根据煤与瓦斯突出机理及防治技术方法,采用鱼刺图分析方法对褶曲控制条件下大断面平硐揭煤突出进行了人因失误、机的缺陷、环境缺陷的综合分析,建立了事故分析鱼刺图,揭示了煤与瓦斯突出事故与影响因素间的逻辑关系,并提出了针对影响事故发生因素的预防措施,可为类似地质条件下的灾害预防提供依据。
        According to the mechanism of coal and gas outburst and prevention measures, the fishbone diagram analysis method is adopted to carry out a comprehensive research of human errors, machine defects and environmental factors leading to coal outburst in large-section adit under the influence of fold. The fishbone diagram for accident analysis was designed, the logical relationship between coal and gas outburst accidents and influencing factors was revealed, and prevention measures were put forward. The results can provide a basis for disaster prevention under similar geological conditions.
