摘要
目的探讨非侵入性泪膜破裂时间(NITBUT)和泪液分泌与室内温度(IT)、相对湿度(RH)、年龄的相关性。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月开封市中心医院眼病医院拟行屈光手术的641例(1 282眼)患者。检测NITBUT,分别以泪河高度(TMH)和SchirmerⅠ试验(SⅠt)反映基础泪液分泌和反射泪液分泌的情况。记录检查时IT、RH和患者年龄。分析NITBUT、TMH和SⅠt与IT、RH、年龄的相关性。分别以NITBUT、TMH、SⅠt为因变量y_1、y_2、y_3,RH、IT、年龄为自变量x_1、x_2、x_3建立回归方程。结果平均RH、IT、NITBUT、TMH、SⅠt分别为(51.78±19.91)%、(22.52±2.49)℃、(11.53±4.77)s、(0.25±0.06)mm、(19.98±9.10)mm。NITBUT与RH呈正相关(r=0.147,P<0.05),与IT、年龄无关(P>0.05),回归方程为y_1=8.662+0.055x_1。TMH与RH呈正相关(r=0.148,P<0.05),与IT呈负相关(r=-0.085,P=0.030),与年龄无关(P>0.05),回归方程为y_2=0.280+0.001x_1-0.003x_2。SⅠt与年龄呈负相关(r=-0.090,P=0.018),与IT、RH无关(P>0.05),回归方程为y_3=22.709-0.163x_3。结论 NIBUT与RH呈正相关,与IT和年龄无关。TMH与RH呈正相关,与IT呈负相关,与年龄无关。SⅠt与年龄呈负相关,与IT、RH无关。
        Objective To explore the correlation between non-invasive tear film break-up time(NITBUT) and tear secretion and indoor temperature(IT), relative humidity(RH) and age.Methods A total of 641 patients(1 282 eyes) underwent refractive surgery in Ophthalmic Hospital, Kaifeng Municipal Central Hospital from January 2016 to January 2018. NITBUT was detected, and the basal tear secretion and the reflected tear secretion were reflected by tear meniscus height(TMH) and Schirmer Ⅰ test(SⅠt) respectively. At the time of examination, IT, RH and the age of patient were recorded. The correlations of NITBUT, TMH and SⅠt with IT, RH and age were analyzed. The regression equations were established with NITBUT, TMH and SⅠt as dependent variables y_1, y_2 and y_3, RH, IT and age as independent variables x_1, x_2 and x_3 respectively.Results The average RH, IT, NITBUT, TMH and SⅠt were(51.78±19.91) %,(22.52±2.49) ℃,(11.53±4.77) s,(0.25±0.06) mm and(19.98±9.10) mm respectively. NITBUT was positively correlated with RH(r=0.147, P<0.05), and it was independent of IT and age(P>0.05), while the regression equation was y_1=8.662+0.055x_1. TMH was positively correlated with RH(r=0.148, P<0.05), and it was negatively correlated with IT(r=-0.085, P=0.030), and independent of age(P>0.05), while the regression equation was y_2= 0.280+0.001x_1-0.003x_2. SⅠt was negatively correlated with age(r=-0.090, P=0.018), but not correlated with IT and RH(P>0.05), while the regression equation was y_3=22.709-0.163x_3.Conclusion NIBUT is positively correlated with RH, and it has no correlation with IT and age. TMH is positively correlated with RH, and it is negatively correlated with IT, but there is no correlation with age. The SⅠt has no correlation with IT and RH, and it was negatively correlated with age.
