摘要
建立化妆品中邻伞花烃-5-醇含量的高效液相色谱检测方法。样品用甲醇超声提取15 min,过0.22μm滤膜,以X-bridge C_(18)为色谱柱,乙腈–水(60∶40)为流动相,流量为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为280 nm,采用二极管阵列检测器检测。邻伞花烃-5-醇的质量浓度在1.0~100.0 mg/L范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 9,检出限为3.0 mg/kg,定量限为10.0 mg/kg。样品加标回收率为93.7%~98.0%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.20%~2.09%(n=6)。该方法简单,灵敏度高且重复性好,适用于化妆品中邻伞花烃-5-醇的测定。
        A method for the determination of 4-isopropyl-m-cresol in cosmetics by high performance liquid chromatography was established. Samples were extracted by methanol for 15 min, ?ltered through 0.22 μm membrane,X-bridge C_(18) as chromatographic column, acetonitrile–water(60∶40) as mobile phase, ?ow rate was 1.0 mL/min, column temperature was 30℃, detection wavelength was 280 nm, and detection by diode array detector. The mass concentration of 4-isopropyl-m-cresol in the range of 1.0–100.0 mg/L showed a good linear relationship with the peak area,the correlation coef?cient was 0.999 9, the detection limit was 3.0 mg/kg and the quantitative limit was 10.0 mg/kg.The recoverie were 93.7%–98.0%, and the relative standard deviations were 1.20%–2.09%(n=6). The method is simple,sensitive and reproducible, and it is suitable for the determination of 4-isopropyl-m-cresol in cosmetics.
