金属矿山行业是国民经济发展的重要物质基础,在我国实现工业化、决胜全面建设小康社会的过程中地位突出。但是2014年后矿产品需求不振,投资持续下降,价格低位徘徊,下行压力仍然很大,这种情况下如何让企业渡过目前的困难期以及实现以后的可持续发展是一个亟待解决的问题,因此近些年来关于矿山企业如何利用智慧矿山进行成本控制成为了一个必须进行研究的课题。本文通过建设若干单个智慧矿山项目:即通风远程控制系统、电机车无人驾驶系统和采掘计划优化设计平台实现成本优化。分析表明,与传统矿山生产成本相比,单位原矿生产成本可降低2.04元/t,可以优化矿山的生产成本。
Metal mine industry is an important material basis for the development of national economy. It plays a prominent role in the process of realizing industrialization and building a well-off society in an all-round way. However, after 2014,the demand for mineral products is sluggish, investment continues to decline, prices remain low and downward pressures are still very high. How to make enterprises survive the current difficult period and achieve sustainable development in the future is an urgent problem to be solved. Therefore, in recent years, how to use smart mines for cost control has become a course that must be studied. Question.This paper achieves cost optimization by building several single intelligent mine projects:ventilation remote control system, electric locomotive driverless system and optimization design platform of mining plan. The analysis shows that compared with the production cost of traditional mines, the production cost per unit of raw ore can be reduced by 2.04 yuan/t, and the production cost of mines can be optimized.
