摘要
对鞍钢高碳合金工具钢的生产实践进行介绍,针对高碳过共析钢强度高,脆性大,铸坯易开裂等问题,绘制了热塑性曲线,制定了合理的冶炼和轧制工艺参数。对开发的高碳合金工具钢铸坯进行了低倍检验和偏析评价,对钢板进行了化学成分、显微组织、力学性能及热处理性能评价。结果表明,各技术指标完全满足相应国家标准要求,热处理后HRC硬度可达62以上,满足客户要求。
        The production practice of high carbon and high alloy tool steel in Ansteel was introduced. In consideration of the problem that the strength of the high-carbon hypereutectoid steel was too high and its brittleness was too high and the casting blank for the hypereutectoid steel was apt to crack, the thermoplastic curves were drawn and the suitable technological parameters for both smelting and rolling were formulated. The macroscopic examination and segregation evaluation of the casting blanks for the developed high carbon and high alloyed tool steels were carried out while the chemical compositions, microstructures, mechanical properties and heat treatment performance of the steel sheets produced by these casting blanks were analyzed and evaluated. The results showed that the technical indicators completely met the requirements specified in the corresponding national standards and the HRC hardness of the steel sheets after heat treatment could be above 62, which could meet the requirements asked by customers.
