摘要
文章对超音速喷涂Ni30涂层试件进行金相组织、结合强度、旋转弯曲疲劳等实验室试验与分析,并通过对某牵引电机转轴进行实物验证,结果表明,采用超音速喷涂Ni30涂层修复牵引电机转轴是可行的。
In this paper, the laboratory tests of metallographic structure, strength, rotating bending fatigue and analysis of high-velocity oxygen-fuel spray Ni30 coating specimen are carried out, and the rotor shaft of a traction motor is verified by physical verification. The results show that it is feasible to repair the rotor shaft of traction motor by high-velocity oxygen-fuel spray Ni30 coating.
