摘要
目的研究虎掌南星Pinellia pedatisecta Schott的化学成分及其抑菌活性。方法虎掌南星氯仿提取物采用硅胶、ODS、MCI进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。平板法筛选最低抑菌浓度。结果从中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1)、邻苯二甲酸丁二酯(2)、胡萝卜苷(3)、(2S)-1-O-十六碳酰基-2-O-亚油酰基-3-O-β-D-半乳糖基甘油(4)、diacygalactolipidⅠ(5)、(2S)-1-O-十八碳酰基-2-O-亚油酰基-3-O-β-D-半乳糖基甘油(6)、(2S)-1,2-双-亚油酰基-3-O-β-D-半乳糖基甘油(7)、(2S)-1-O-十六碳酰基-2-O-十四碳酰基-3-O-β-D-半乳糖基甘油(8)、spongilipid(9)、丙三醇(10)。对于金黄色葡萄球菌、黑曲霉菌、幽门螺旋杆菌,化合物4、7的最低抑菌浓度分别为20、30、50μg/mL,25、50、150μg/mL。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物4、7有较强的抑菌活性。
        AIM To study the chemical constituents from Pinellia pedatisecta Schott and their antibacterial activites.METHODS The chloroform extract from P. pedatisecta was isolated and purified by silica, ODS and MCI,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.The minimal inhibitory concentration(MICs) of pure phytochemicals was evaluated by agar dilution.RESULTS Ten compounds were isolated and identified as β-sterol(1), di-butyl phthalate(2), daucosterol(3), l-O-hexadecanoyl-2(S)-O-(9Z, 12Z-octadecadienoyl)-3-O-β-D-galacatopyranosyl-glycerol(4), diacygalactolipid Ⅰ(5), 2(S)-1-O-(octadecanoyl)-2-O-(9Z,12Z-octadecadienoyl)-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoyl-glycerol(6),(2S)-1,2-O-(9Z,12Z-di-octadica-dienoylglyceryl)-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside(7),1-O-phalmitoyl-2(S)-O-myristoyl-glyceryl-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside(8), spongilipid(9), glycerine(10). Compounds 4,7 inhibited growths of Staphylococcus aureus, Aspergillus niger, Helicobacter pylori with MICs of 20, 30,50 mg/mL and 25, 50, 150 mg/mL,respectively.CONCLUSION All the compounds are isolatd from this plant for the first time, and compounds 4,7 have strong antibacterial activites.
