摘要
通过分析传统的教师教学决策面临的困境,从教学方案设计、课堂教学开展和教学评价反馈三个环节构建了教育大数据支持下的教学决策改进的实施流程,使教师在具体的教学实践过程中不再仅凭个人经验和主观设想,而是能够更多地依靠客观依据和实证研究结果做出科学合理的教学决策,不断提高教育教学效果。
By analyzing the predicament of traditional teaching decision-making, this paper puts forward the implementation process to improve the teaching decision-making supported by big data from such three segments as teaching plan design, classroom teaching, and feedback and evaluation of teaching. Therefore, teachers can rely more on objective basis and empirical research results than on personal experience and subjective assumption to make scientific and reasonable teaching decisions so as to constantly improve the teaching effect.
