研究生教育规模扩张对我国高等教育大众化的贡献

摘要
文章基于1999—2016年中国教育统计年鉴数据,对高等教育毛入学率及贡献率进行分析,发现在我国高等教育大众化的进程中,普通本专科教育承担的大众化职能将趋于饱和,处于高等教育顶端的研究生教育与日本相比规模较小,拥有较大的扩张空间。研究生教育规模在遵循科学发展的前提下,可以且有必要进一步扩张,以促进我国高等教育大众化的顺利推进及成熟发展。
Based on the data of China Education Statistical Yearbook 1999-2016,this paper analyzes the gross enrollment rate and contribution rate of higher education. And it finds that in the process of popularization of higher education in our country,the generalized higher education undertakes the function of popularization tending to saturated,graduate education at the top of higher education is smaller in scale and has more room for expansion compared with that of Japan. Under the premise of scientific development,the scale of postgraduate education can and must be further expanded to promote the smooth progress and mature development of the popularization of higher education in our country.
