“遵循科学发展建设高等教育强国”之研究

摘要
2008年,在时任会长周远清同志的领导下,中国高等教育学会组织全国的高等教育研究力量,以教育部哲学社会科学重大课题攻关项目"遵循科学发展,建设高等教育强国"的立项为契机,实施了以建设高等教育强国为主题的全面而深入的研究。2014年6月项目结题,所取得的研究成果不仅回答了"什么是高等教育强国""为什么要建设高等教育强国""怎样建设高等教育强国"等一系列命题,而且在一些理论问题上取得了重大突破和进展,得到了学界的高度肯定,为高等教育强国建设提供了坚实的理论基础。
In 2008, under the leadership of president Zhou Yuanqing of China Association of Higher Education, the association organized many institutes and researchers of higher education and carried out a comprehensive and in-depth study on the building a powerful country of higher education by taking the key project of the philosophy and social sciences of the Ministry of Education as an opportunity which was "Building a Powerful Country of Higher Education in Accordance with Scientific Development". This project had been finished in June 2014. The research results of the project not only answered a series of propositions such as"what is the powerful country of higher education", "why to build a powerful country of higher education", "how to build a powerful country of higher education", but also it has made a great breakthrough and progress in some theoretical problems, and has been highly affirmed by the academic circles, which provides a solid theoretical foundation for building a powerful country of higher education.
