湛江市海洋产业对接“一带一路”的途径及对策分析

摘要
"一带一路"建设对促进地级市发展海洋产业有重要的战略意义。目前,沿海地区非一线城市的海洋产业研究较为薄弱,作为广东省第三海洋强市的湛江市缺乏对整体海洋产业协调发展相关的规划理论指导,且存在着海洋渔业发展后劲不足、临海工业起步较晚、港口物流业落后、滨海旅游业止步不前、新兴海洋产业发展缓慢等发展困境,针对发展困境提出相应对策,以建成"一带一路"国际通道,实现湛江市海洋产业跨越式发展。
The construction of "One Belt And One Road" is of strategic significance to promote the development of marine industry in prefecturelevel cities.At present,the research on marine industry in coastal non-first-tier cities is weak,Zhanjiang City as the third most powerful city in Guangdong Province lacks planning theory guidance for the coordinated development of the overall marine industry,there are also some development difficulties such as the marine fishery is lack of momentum for development,the coastal marine fishery industry started late,the port logistics industry lags behind,the coastal tourism stalled,and the emerging marine industry is developing slowly.The corresponding countermeasures were put forward against the development difficulties in this paper,to build "One Belt and One Road" international channel and realize the leap-forward development of Zhanjiang marine industry.
