乡村振兴背景下高职院校毕业生就业创业路径研究

摘要
乡村振兴是国家的"三农"战略,最早由习近平同志于2017年提出,在今年的两会上更是着重讲到了"乡村振兴"的问题,国家重视乡村振兴这对于高职院校的毕业生来说是一件好事,它可以帮助大家有更多的就业的选择,同时在大众创业的时代,到还处于蓝海的乡村去创业实现自身的价值不失为一种非常好的途径,但对于高职院校来说响应国家的乡村振兴战略,势必要在教学上有所跟进,在"三农"课程的设置上更应该有所突破,同时要对学生的就业方向和创业进行必要的指导,而本文从高职毕业生的就业创业的角度去剖析,需要设计什么样的路径来实现价值的最大化,满足乡村振兴战略的需求。
Rural revitalization is the country's "three rural" strategy. It was first proposed by Comrade Xi Jinping in 2017. At this year's two sessions, the issue of "Rural Revitalization" was emphasized. The state attaches importance to rural revitalization is a great thing for the graduates of higher vocational colleges,which can help us to have more employment choices.At the same time,in the era of mass entrepreneurship, it is a very good way to realize the value of entrepreneurship in the villages still in the blue ocean, but for the higher vocational colleges, in response to the country's rural revitalization strategy, it is necessary to follow up on the teaching. There should be a breakthrough in the setting of the "three rural" curriculum, and it is necessary to carry out necessary guidance of employment orientation and entrepreneurship for students.From the perspective of employment and entrepreneurship of higher vocational college graduates, this paper analyses what path should be designed to maximize the value and meet the needs of "Rural Revitalization "strategy.
