摘要
可迁移素养作为高职学生满足社会需要和个人发展应具备的核心素养,强调个体在积极应对新情境和复杂任务时所表现出的综合品质和关键能力。可迁移素养需要通过学校教育而获得,但我国高职教育课程对可迁移素养重视不足,应该将可迁移素养的具体要求有效融入高职课程设计的目标、内容与评价中,以实现对高职学生可迁移素养的培养。
As the core competence for higher vocational students to meet the social needs and personal development,transferable competence emphasizes the comprehensive quality and key ability of individuals when they actively respond to new situations and complex tasks. Transferable competence should be obtained through school education,but in our country,the curriculum of higher vocational education pays less attention to it. Concrete requirements of transferable competence should be integrated into goals,content and evaluation of higher vocational curriculum planning to realize the transferable competence cultivation of higher vocational students.
