浙江高职示范性创业学院建设研究

摘要
为深化创业教育改革,浙江已建成13所高职示范性创业学院并进行了积极探索。课题组以13所创业学院为样本,从转型需要、政策驱动等两个方面就其建设背景进行阐述,从组织架构、机构名称、人员配备等三个方面就其组织特性进行分析,从功能定位、招生组建、教学改革等三个方面就其运行机制进行探讨,从硬件支持、经费保障、师资配备等三个方面就其保障体系进行研究,以期为高职创业教育改革提供借鉴。
In order to deepen the reform of higher vocational education,Zhejiang has established 13 high-level demonstration entrepreneurship colleges and actively explored the reform of entrepreneurship education. We take 13 entrepreneurial colleges as research samples,and analyze the background of the construction of Zhejiang Model Demonstration Entrepreneurship from the aspects of its transformation needs and policy-driven encouragement,from the organizational structure,organization name,staffing Three aspects of the analysis of its organizational characteristics,from the three aspects of functional positioning,enrollment,teaching reform,research on its operational mechanism,from the three aspects of hardware support,funding support,teacher allocation,which may have benefits for the reform of higher vocational education.
