摘要
目的:建立舒冠通糖浆原药材盐肤木根中总鞣质的含量测定方法,并对产自福建的该药材进行鞣质含量的测定。方法:以《中华人民共和国药典》2015版四部中鞣质含量测定法(磷钼钨酸-干酪素法)为基础,在显色温度、显色时间、干酪素的用量及处理方法等方面进行改良,确定了含量测定方法,并用该法测定样品中总鞣质含量。结果:通过对鞣质含量测定各环节的考察,确定了原药材鞣质含量测定方法,并进行了方法学验证,没食子酸在1.00~12.00μg/mL与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9985,操作重复性良好,RSD=2.89%,闽产盐肤木根中鞣质含量为22.1 mg·g-1(n=6,RSD=2.39%)。结论:经方法学验证,该方法可用于测定闽产盐肤木根中总鞣质的含量。
        Objective:To establish the method for determination of total tannis of the root of Rhus chinensis from Fujian province and determine its content. Methods:An optimized method with which the content of total tannis was finally determined was developed based on the phosphomolybdium tungstic acid-casein reaction reported in Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China 2015,volumeⅣ. Incubation time and amount of the casein were modified. Results:The modified strategy achieved good results. The gallic acid had good linear relationship in the range of 1.00-12.00 μg/mL(r=0.9985). The repeatability was also satisfactory,with the RSD of 2.89%,total tannis of the root of Rhus chinensis from Fujian province was 22.1 mg·g-1(n=6,RSD=2.39%). Conclusion:According to the methodology validation,this method can be applied to the determination of the total tannis of the Rhus chinensis root from Fujian province.
