公立医院智慧医养结合模式构建研究

摘要
运用智慧城市概念模型,通过服务网络、医养服务平台、医养数据、智能产品及设施,将公立医院传统医养结合模式优化升级,构建数字化老年病科、网络医养联合体和智能医养中心三种公立医院智慧医养结合模式。在此基础上,提出完善老年病分级诊疗机制、推进医护人员多点执业制度、加强信息化建设和安全保障以及转变老年人择医就医观念等建议。
Using the concept model of smart city,through the service network,medical service platform,medical data,intelligent products,and facilities,we should optimize the traditional medical care combination model of public hospitals,and build digital geriatrics,network medical care complex and intelligent medical care. On this basis,we should improve the grading diagnosis and treatment mechanism for geriatric diseases,promote the multi-point practice system for medical staff,strengthen information construction and safety guarantee,and transform the concept of medical treatment for the elderly.
