从“随脏腑之性而治”探讨慢性肺源性心脏病

摘要
慢性肺源性心脏病(肺心病)是临床常见病,其病机复杂,与肺、心、肝、脾、肾多脏腑相关,脏腑虚损为本,外邪诱发为标,病程较长,病情较重,临床治疗仍有较大潜力。"随脏腑之性而治"的思想始于《金匮要略》,启发我们诊治疾病时要顺从各脏腑特性用药,因脏腑之性而治。文章在总结前人对肺心病治疗的基础上,以该治则对肺心病的治疗进行了探讨。
Chronic pulmonary heart disease(pulmonary heart disease) is a common clinical disease with complex pathogenesis. It is related to lung, heart, liver, spleen and kidney. The deficiency of viscera is the fundamental cause of the disease,and exogenous pathogens are the inducement. The course of disease is long and the condition is serious. There is still great potential for clinical treatment. The thought of ‘treating with the characteristics of viscera' begins with ‘The Golden Chamber', which inspired us to obey the characteristics of the viscera in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. In this paper, on the basis of summarizing the treatment of pulmonary heart disease by the predecessors, the treatment of pulmonary heart disease was discussed.
