摘要
针对蓄电池盒盖在传送后进行组装时需要翻转的情况,设计了蓄电池盒盖翻转移位机构,该机构采用了无杆气缸和单杆气缸联合来控制行程,分别设置了左中右三个工作位置,交替对左右边物料进行移位及翻转,能在翻转同时进行移位,一方面便于蓄电池盒盖与盒体的安装,另一方面也提高了机器的工作效率。
Aiming at the situation that the battery cover needs to be turned over when it is assembled after transmission, a mechanism of the battery cover turnover position is designed. The mechanism uses the rodless cylinder and the single-rod cylinder to control the stroke, and sets three working positions on the left, middle and right respectively. The material on the left and right sides can be shifted and reversed alternately, so that the battery can be shifted at the same time when it is reversed. On the one hand, it is convenient for the battery to move at the same time. On the other hand, the installation of the cover and the box body also improves the working efficiency of the machine.
