摘要
采用水性硅溶胶与硅丙树脂复配制备了一系列环保型金属防腐涂料,并研究了不同因素对涂料的力学性能、防腐性能及耐久性能的影响。试验结果表明:填料的种类对涂层的防腐性能有重要影响,其中添加超细玻璃粉的涂层防腐性能较好,在测试中未出现毛边、锈蚀蔓延、起泡等情况;涂料的耐盐雾性能随着研磨时间的增加先增强、后减弱;铝银浆粒径大小对银白涂层膜面影响较大;消光粉的添加量决定了涂层的光泽度,随其添加量的增加,涂层光泽度下降,可用于制备亚光涂层;喷砂处理制备的涂层附着力较强,是提高产品耐盐雾性的重要手段。
        A series of environmentally friendly metal anticorrosive coatings were prepared by using waterbased silica sol and silicone-acrylic resin. The effects of different factors on the mechanical properties,corrosion resistance and durability of the coatings were investigated. The test results showed that the type of filler will have an important effect on the anti-corrosion performance of the coating. The coating with superfine glass powder has the best anti-corrosion performance. In the test,it didn't show burrs,rust spread,and blistering,etc. The salt spray resistance of the coatings increases first and then decreases with paste grinding time. The influence of the particle size of the aluminum silver paste on the silver coating film surface is significantly. The addition amount of matting powder determines the glossiness of the coating. The glossiness of the coating decreases as the addition amount increases. So,it can be used to prepare matt coating. The coating prepared by sand blasting has strong adhesion,which is an important methods to improve the salt spray resistance of the product.
