摘要
以体质量约(0.025±0.0068)g的红螯螯虾幼虾为研究对象,开展了125、375、625、875、1125尾/m~2 5种密度对幼虾成活率和生长的影响,试验表明随着密度的增高,幼虾成活率不断降低,组SD1与组SD3、SD4、SD5差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),红螯螯虾幼虾个体体质量的平均增重率和平均体长呈现先降低后升高的趋势,组SD1与其余各组差异有统计学意义。
The effects of 125, 375, 625, 875 and 1125 individual/m~2 densities on the survival rate and growth of Cherax quadricarinatus, with(0.025±0.0068)g of initial average body weight, were studied. The results showed that the survival rate of Cherax quadricarinatus decreased with the increase of density. There were significant differences between group SD1 and group SD3, SD4 and SD5(P<0.05). The average body weight gain rate and body length of Cherax quadricarinatus decreased first and then increased,There was significant difference between group SD1 and other groups.
