摘要
节能建筑材料是推动绿色建筑发展的重要物质基础,也是建筑节能的根本。鉴于此,根据树脂材料的透光和热工性能,设计了一种新型树脂透光混凝土制品,通过试验和有限元模拟手段计算了其平均导热系数;提出了树脂透光混凝土幕墙的概念,借助Ecotect软件对树脂透光混凝土幕墙和其他几类常见玻璃幕墙的试验室进行了热环境分析,通过对比不同幕墙的能耗评估了该树脂透光混凝土幕墙板材的保温隔热能力。结果表明:该种树脂透光混凝土制品的平均导热系数约为0.381 5 W/(m·K),树脂透光混凝土幕墙的保温隔热能力较接近双层中空Low-E非遮阳玻璃,相比单层白玻璃节约能耗接近14%,节能减耗效果显著,可推广应用于绿色节能建筑。
        Energy-saving construction material is an important material basis for promoting green building development and is the fundamental of building energy saving.In view of this,based on the light transmission and thermal properties of resin materials,it designed a new kind of resin translucent concrete product.Meanwhile,through experiments and finite element simulation,the average thermal conductivity was calculated.In addition,resin translucent concrete curtain wall concept is presented and translucent resin concrete wall and other types of common glass-curtain walls′ thermal environment were compared through Ecotect software and the insulation capacity of the resin translucent concrete wall panels were assessed by comparing the energy consumption of different curtain walls.The results show that the average thermal conductivity of the resin concrete product species is about 0.381 5 W/(m·K).Thermal insulation capacity of the resin translucent concrete walls is closed to double hollow Low-E non-shade glass.Compared to single-layer white glass,energy consumption reduction is close to 14%,which shows that the energy saving effect is remarkable and it can be extended to green energy-saving buildings.
