摘要
随着国家对烟气中的氮氧化物(NO_x)含量的排放指标要求逐步提高。通过对燃烧过程中NO_x的生成机理进行了剖析,提出针对炼厂工艺加热炉降低NO_x排放的改造方案,加热炉燃烧器改造后采用低氮燃烧技术。改造后优化生产操作,加热炉烟气中NO_x浓度低于100 mg/m~3,实现了GB 31570—2015《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》达标排放。
Aim for atmospheric environmental protection,the emission criteria of nitrogen oxides in the flue gas has been gradually decreased in recent years.In this study,the formation mechanism of NOx during combustion process was analyzed,followed by the improvement scheme to reduce NO_x emission from heating furnace in refineries.After the reforming of the burner,low nitrogen combustion technology was applied to further reduce the NO_x concentration below100 mg/L,which meet the standard of"Emission Criteria of Pollutants in Petrochemical Industry"(GB 31570—2015).
