摘要
出口美国的高锰钢辙叉在重载、高速的条件下工作,内在质量要求高,不允许有缩孔缩松等铸造缺陷。对出口美国的115RE自护高锰钢辙叉局部产生缩孔缺陷,从冒口设计、补缩距离及补缩通道等进行分析,针对缺陷产生的原因从几个方面采取了相应的改进措施,取得了良好效果,获得了满足技术要求的铸件。
The high manganese steel frog exported to the United States serviced under the condition of heavy load and high speed, with high internal quality and no shrinkage defects. The causes of the shrinkage defect of the 115 RE self-protecting high manganese steel frog for the United States were analyzed, the design of the riser, the retracting distance and the supplementary channel were investigated. The corresponding improvement measures are taken in several aspects for the reasons of defects, and the good results are obtained, and the castings which meet the technical requirements.
