摘要
利用Deform-3D数值模拟软件研究TA15钛合金锻件在退火前以及不同退火温度下的长度方向残余应力,结合退火温度对锻件残余应力与力学性能的影响确定合理的退火温度。通过使用盲孔法测量了TA15锻件表面在退火前后的长度方向的残余应力,并分析残余应力消减效果。研究结果表明:锻件的合理退火温度为850℃,退火后6个测量点的长度方向残余应力平均值降低27%。锻件两侧高筋表层区域以及腹板中间区域的长度方向残余应力为压应力,其高筋心部的长度方向残余应力为拉应力。
        The residual stress in the longitudinal direction of TA15 forging before annealing and annealed at different temperatures was studied by finite element software Deform-3D. The reasonable annealing temperature was determined by the effect of combined annealing temperature on the residual stress and mechanical properties of forging. The residual stress in the longitudinal direction of TA15 forging surface was measured by blind-hole method and the reduction effect of residual stress was analyzed. The results of the study show that the reasonable annealing temperature of the forging is 850 ℃, and the average residual stress of the six points in the longitudinal direction is reduced by 27% after annealing. The residual stresses in the longitudinal direction of the high-rib surface region on both sides and the middle region of the web of the forging are compressive stress, and the residual stress in the longitudinal direction of the high-rib heart is tensile stress.
