摘要
狮子沟构造为典型的高陡构造,地层倾角大,井易斜,目的层地质靶区范围狭窄,方位要求严格,致使井斜角、井身轨迹控制和准确中靶都困难,井斜控制成为技术关键。针对狮子沟高陡构造极易造成井斜,纠斜机械钻速低的技术瓶颈,钻井技术人员一直在探索有效的、低成本的防斜打直,防斜打快和以提高机械钻速为核心的钻井新工艺,新技术的研究和应用工作。以单弯双稳防斜纠斜钻具组合为核心的新技术的推广和应用,形成了一套提高机械钻速的综合工艺技术,极大地提高了钻井速度。
        Shizigou structure is a typical high-steep structure. Well inclination is easy,geological target area of target bed is narrow and azimuth requirement is strict. As a result,it is difficult to control well deviation angle,well trajectory and hit target accurately. Well deviation control has become the main technical key. Aiming at the technical bottleneck of high and steep structure of Shizigou,which is easy to cause well deviation and low penetration rate of deviation correction machinery,Drilling technicians have been exploring effective and low-cost anti-deviation straightening,anti-deviation fast drilling and new drilling technology with the core of improving the penetration rate,and the research and application of new technology. The popularization and application of new technology with Single-bend bistable anti-inclination and deviation correction drilling tool assembly as the core has formed a set of comprehensive technology to improve the penetration rate,which greatly improves the drilling speed.
