内镜下高频电切除术治疗结肠息肉临床观察

摘要
目的对结肠息肉的患者给予内镜下高频电切除术治疗的临床效果进行分析。方法以自2017年1月~2017年12月的30例结肠息肉的患者为治疗组,同时选取自2016年1月~2016年12月的30例患者为对照组,其中对照组实施单纯内镜下高频电切术治疗,治疗组则给予内镜下注射联合高频电切术治疗,对其临床治疗效果、住院时间、出血量、手术时间以及并发症的发生情况进行分析。结果治疗后,两组的治疗有效率对比差异无统计学意义,而住院时间、出血量和并发症治疗组均较少,对比对照组(P<0.05),而对照组的手术时间则较治疗组短(P<0.05)。结论结肠息肉严重影响患者的健康,给予内镜下高频电切除术治疗能够快速切除息肉,同时治疗后其并发症较少,术中出血量较少,患者恢复较快,效果明显,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of endoscopic high frequency electrosurgical resection on patients with colonic polyps.Methods From January 2017 to 2017 in December 30 cases of colon polyps patients in treatment group, and select the from January 2016 to December 2016 as the control group, 30 patients of control group implement purely endoscopic treatment of high frequency electric cutting, the treatment group were given endoscopic injection joint for the treatment of high frequency electric cutting, for the clinical treatment effect, the length of time,blood loss, operating time and complications were analyzed. Results After treatment, the treatment of two groups of efficient contrast difference is not significant, and the length of hospital stay, less blood loss and complications in treatment group were, compared to control group(P<0.05),whereas the control of the operative time was shorter in treatment group(P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with colon polyps seriously affect health,give endoscopic high frequency electric resection treatment can quickly to remove polyps, fewer complications after treatment at the same time, intraoperative blood loss, less patients recover faster, obvious effect, worth clinical promotion.
