摘要
为研究十二相整流发电机系统在二极管故障时的运行情况,建立了基于有限元的场路耦合仿真模型。根据所建立的模型,分别对十二相整流发电机系统中二极管开路故障和短路故障进行了研究,得到两种二极管故障状态下系统的负载电压、相电流的运行特点,阐明了二极管开路故障和短路故障对系统产生的影响。将仿真结果与实验结果进行对比,验证了模型及分析的合理性、准确性。研究为二极管开路时系统容错运行的可行性以及二极管短路时系统保护方案制定提供了理论参考。
        In order to study the operation of 12-phase rectifier generator system under diode fault, a field-circuit coupling simulation model based on finite element method was established. According to the established model, diode open circuit fault and short circuit fault of the 12-phase rectifier generator system were analyzed, so that the load voltage and phase current of the operational characteristics of the two diode under fault condition were obtained. In the analysis process, the simulation results are compared with the experimental results, which verify the rationality and accuracy of the model and analysis. The research provides a theoretical reference for the feasibility of the fault-tolerant operation of the system when the diode is open and the formulation of the system protection scheme when the diode is short circuited.
