摘要
采用双螺杆挤出机熔融共混的方法,制备了PC增韧PBT材料,通过缺口冲击测试、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等手段研究了树脂种类和比例,增韧剂种类和用量对PC增韧PBT性能和结构的影响。结果表明:PBT和PC粘度均为高粘时的材料的韧性最佳;当PBT/PC的比例为35:15时,材料的韧性已得到明显提高;单独使用AX8900和M-701均不能很好地进一步提高PC增韧PBT(PBT/PC比例为35:15)的韧性,两者复配时的效果最好,最佳用量为M-701/AX8900=2份/4份。
        Polybutylene terephthalate(PBT) toughened with polycarbonate was prepared by melt blending method by using a twin screw extruder. Effects of resin viscosity and ratio, types and amount of toughening agent on its property and structure were studied through impact strength test, DSC and SEM. The results showed that the toughness of material was the best when the viscosity of PBT and PC was high. When the ratio of PBT/PC was 35:15, the toughness was improved markedly. The toughness didn't increase magnificently when only AX8900 or M-701 was used. Whereas, the toughness was good when AX8900 and M-701 were used together, and the optimal amount was M-701/AX8900=2 phr/4 phr.
