摘要
为了提高鸥翼门设计的可操作性,文章针对鸥翼门人机设计,进行了要点方法、设计参数及工程要求等的分析。应用车身基础结构断面、SAE定义模型及RAMSIS假人等工具,结合实例,对L38,H47—1,H35—1,W27—1,W35—1,H5,H11,H30,H40,L18及车门开启角度等具体设计参数的确定方法进行了说明。给出具体设计步骤及设计要点,根据一些特殊的问题情况给出零部件设计建议。研究结果表明,鸥翼门人机设计需重点关注合理的头部空间;车门开启宽度应结合车门使用空间;人员进出方便性设计及门槛高度设计需综合考虑布置空间、车高和人机设计等因素。
In order to improve the operability of gull-wing door,this paper described man-machine design,main points,design parameters and engineering requirements.Taking a real ear as an example,the method for determining specific parameters such as L38,H47-1.H35-I,W 27-1,W35-1,H5,H11mH30,H40,L18 and door swing angle was illustrated by using body frame section.SAE model and RAMSIS dummy.In this paper,the speeific design steps and main points were proposed,the suggestions about design of parts and components were put forward based on the special problems.The results show that the head space should be stressed in design ol gull-wing door;the width of door swing angle is determined by the space of door operation:the factors including the layout,overall height of car and man-machine design should be considered when designing convenience access and door sill height.
