摘要

当今社会对人才的需求不再局限于传统的应用型人才,而是需要具有较强创新能力,能够为社会发展和科技进步做出重要贡献的创新型人才。基于我国高校现行的本科创新人才培养模式,结合新时代背景,通过促进学科交叉教学,制定适合学生的个性化培养方案,以及完善本科导师考核机制等,为我国现代化建设培养更多的复合型创新人才。
        The demand for talent in today's society is no longer confined to the traditional applied talents,but innovative talents who have strong ability to innovate and make important contributions to social development and scientific and technological progress.Based on the training model of undergraduate innovation talents in colleges and universities in our country,combining with the background of new era,suitable individualized training programs for students are formulated and undergraduate tutor assessment mechanism are perfected by promoting interdisciplinary teaching.This cultivates more compound innovative talents for the modernization of our country.
