摘要
探索石斛组培时,植物激素萘乙酸(1-naphthylacetic acid NAA)对外植体生长的影响与调节作用,石斛组培时NAA合适浓度范围.试验设置初代培养组和继代培养组,都设置5个萘乙酸浓度梯度,A组NAA1 mg/L;B组NAA0. 75 mg/L; C组NAA0. 5 mg/L; D组NAA0. 25 mg/L; E组NAA0 mg/L即空白对照组.经过一段时间培养试验结果表明,单独加入萘乙酸对石斛初代培养芽点生芽数量影响差异不显著;继代培养丛生芽数量C组最多;外植体生长状况:C组生长量最大,NAA适合浓度0. 5 mg/L.
This experiment is to explore caulis dendrobii seed,plant hormone rootone foreign implant growth and regulation,the influence of caulis dendrobii NAA concentration range appropriate transformation. Test set original culture and successive transfer culture group,is set five naphthalene acetic acid concentration gradient,group A NAA1 mg/L; Group B NAA0. 75 mg/L; Group C NAA0. 5 mg/L; Group D NAA0. 25 mg/L; Group E NAA0 mg/L is blank control group. After a period of time to cultivate the experimental results showed that single naphthalene acetic acid was added into caulis dendrobii original training point of bud bud number difference was not significant; Most transgenerational cultivate multiple shoot clumps number group C,NAA concentration of 0. 5 mg/L.
