摘要
介绍了云南天安化工有限公司二期300 kt/a硫酸装置尾气脱硫情况。该脱硫装置采用氨法进行脱硫,排放气体中出现酸雾超标的情况。技术人员采取了增加除沫层高度,增加加水管,控制好脱硫塔液位等措施。改造后脱硫装置运行稳定,排放气体中硫酸雾质量浓度在30 mg/m~3以下,达到了预期效果,满足环保排放指标。
Exhaust gas desulphurization in phase two 300 kt/a sulphuric acid plant of Yunnan Tianan Chemical Co.,Ltd.is introduced.Desulphurization was implemented by ammonia method with excessive acid mist forming in exhaust gas.Technical staffs increased height of defoaming layer,added water pipes and controlled desulphurization tower liquid level.After transformation,desulphurization device ran smoothly with acid mist concentration in discharged gas below 30 mg/m~3,achieving desired results and reaching environmental emission indicators.
