摘要
针对当前食品中有机磷农药残留检测的精度较低,无法精确确定食品中有机磷农药残留,影响食品质量检测效果且检测耗时较长的问题,提出一种通过酶联免疫吸附分析法实现食品中有机磷农药残留检测的方法,首先对实现食品中有机磷农药残留测定的抗原和抗体进行制备,保证所需抗原和抗体符合测定要求,对酶联免疫吸附分析法的实现过程进行分析,确定有机磷农药残留的免疫吸附分析过程,并对酶联免疫吸附分析方法中有机农药农药残留的交叉反应率进行分析,在此基础上,对测定所需的溶剂以及实验仪器进行制备,确定酶联免疫吸附分析法测定食品中有机磷农药残留的实现过程,从而实现酶联免疫吸附分析法测定食品中有机磷农药残留。实验结果表明,所提方法能够准确测定食品中有机磷农药残留,且检测过程较为简单,为该课题向应用领域发展提供理论依据。
        Aiming at the problem that the detection precision of organophosphorus pesticide residues in food is low,the organophosphorus pesticide residues in food can not be accurately determined,and the detection effect of food quality is affected and the test takes a long time. In this paper,a method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay Organophosphorus pesticide residues in the detection method,first of all to achieve the determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues in food antigens and antibodies prepared to ensure that the required antigens and antibodies meet the assay requirements,the enzymelinked immunosorbent assay analysis of the process to determine the Organophosphorus pesticide residues in the process of immunoadsorption analysis, and analysis of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay pesticide pesticide residues in the cross-reaction rate analysis,on this basis,the determination of the required solvents and experimental equipment were prepared to determine the enzyme linked Immunoadsorption analysis was used to determine the process of organophosphorus pesticide residues in foodstuffs. In order to achieve enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay Determination of organophosphoruspesticides. The experimental results show that the proposed method can accurately determine organophosphorus pesticide residues in food,and the detection process is relatively simple,providing a theoretical basis for the development of the subject to the application field.
