观察地龙提取液治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效

摘要
目的研究地龙提取液对于糖尿病足的治疗效果。方法选取90例糖尿病足患者,将其平均分为两组:研究组和对照组均为45例。对照组采用常规西医治疗方法,研究组在对照组基础上给予地龙提取液治疗方案。对两组患者相关指标进行观察,包括C反应蛋白(CRP)、血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1),以及患者创面愈合情况以及相应症状。结果研究组有效率为91.1%,对照组为82.2%,比较具有显著差异(P<0.05)。两组患者在接受治疗后,脓性分泌物、创面肉芽组织以及溃疡面积等比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组CRP数值低于对照组,且IGF-1高于对照组,愈合情况明显快于对照组。结论地龙提取液对于糖尿病足治疗有明显的;in创疗效。
Objective To study the earthworm extract to diabetic foot treatment effect.Methods 90 cases of patients with diabetic foot,the average divided into two groups:the study group and the control group were 45 cases.The control group by routine western medicine treatment methods,research group was given in control earthworm extract treatment group on the basis of.On the related indexes of two groups were observed,including:C reactive protein(CRP),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),insulin like growth factor-1(IGF-1),and the wound healing and the corresponding symptoms.Results The study group was 91.1%,the control group was 82.2%,compared with a significant difference(P<0.05).The patients in the two groups after treatment,comparison of purulent secretions,wound granulation tissue and the ulcer area was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Research group of CRP numerical value lower than the control group,and IGF-1 is higher than that of the control group,the healing was faster than the control group.Conclusion The earthworm extract for the treatment of diabetic foot have obvious curative effect;in set.
