食用油塑化剂事件监测技术体系的研究

摘要
为了适应我国食品行业快速发展新形势下食用油塑化剂安全监督管理要求,通过研究食用油塑化剂的案例,分析食用油塑化剂目前存在的问题,对现有监测手段进行验证,并从制度及技术层面探讨加强塑化剂监测体系的建设,完善食用油塑化剂监测技术体系,为加强和完善我国食品行业塑化剂监测的监督管理提供参考借鉴。
In order to adapt to the requirements of safety supervision and management of cooking oil pAEs under the new situation of rapid development of China's food industry. Analyze the current problems of cooking oil pAEs by studying the case of cooking oil pAEs. Verification of existing monitoring methods, and discussion on strengthening the construction of pAEs monitoring system from the system and technical level. Improve the monitoring technology system of cooking oil pAEs. To provide reference for strengthening and improving the supervision and management of pAEs monitoring in China's food industry.
