基于BIM的智能建筑工程施工质量管理研究

摘要
论文首先对国内外研究现状进行了整理和分析,总结归纳了智能建筑工程的特点及其质量管理要求,在大量文献分析基础上,探讨了BIM技术在智能建筑工程施工质量策划中的作用及其应用重点,分析了质量控制的工作流程和各控制环节的要求;最后,运用案例进行实证分析,利用BIM技术进行了图纸审查、碰撞检测、模型交底和复杂方案可视化,利用手机整理现场质量数据,以此分析了该项目上运用BIM技术的障碍和项目实施后的效果。
The paper firstly sorts out and analyzes the research status at home and abroad, summarizes the characteristics of intelligent building engineering and its quality management requirements, and discusses the role of BIM technology and its application focus in the construction quality planning of intelligent building engineering based on a large number of literature analysis, and analyzes the quality control workflow and the requirements of each control link. Finally, empirical analysis is conducted with cases, and BIM technology is used to carry out drawing review, collision detection, model disclosure and complex program visualization, and mobile phone is used to organize on-site quality data, to analyze the obstacles to the application of BIM technology on the project and the effect of the project implementation.
