摘要
物联网医学是一种全新的诊疗模式,实现了远距离的医院、患者和医疗设备之间的互动,进而解决医疗问题。支气管哮喘是最常见的一种慢性呼吸系统疾病,主要表现为气道慢性炎症和气道高反应性。通过物联网技术可以实现对哮喘的有效监控管理。本文从患者、医师以及分级诊疗3个层面综述物联网医学在哮喘管理中的作用。物联网医学可以提高哮喘患者的自我管理能力,方便医师对患者的随访管理,节约医疗资源,优化三级诊疗,实现精准医疗。目前物联网医学虽然还不完善,但终将在哮喘的慢性管理中占有重要地位。
        The medical internet of things(IOT)is a novel model of medical care.It can help people to achieve remote interactions among hospitals,patients and healthcare devices and further provide a solution to medical issues.Asthma is a common respiratory disease characterized by chronic airway inflammation and hyperreactivity.We can improve the management of asthma with the help of the medical IOT.This review mainly discusses the role of medical IOT in asthma management from the perspectives of patients,doctors and hierarchical medical system.The medical IOT can help to enhance the patients' self-management and simplify the doctors' follow-up management,thus further improve the hierarchical medical system.The medical IOT will play a critical role in healthcare system in the near future despite some unsolved problems.
