摘要
采用正交极差分析方法,在考虑水泥基修复材料的抗压强度及抗折强度各影响因素间的交互作用前提下,克服了传统计算方法大量试算的繁琐,定量的给出了各因素对水泥基修复材料的抗压强度及抗折强度影响程度的主次关系,并绘制出各影响因素与水泥基修复材料的抗压强度及抗折强度的关系曲线,根据水泥基修复材料的抗压强度及抗折强度随各影响因素的变化趋势,可为水泥基修复材料的性能的优化设计提供参考依据,并能指导生产。
Based on the orthogonal analysis method,considering the interaction between the compressive strength and flexural strength of cement-based repair materials,it overcomes the cumbersome and quantitative analysis of a large number of traditional calculation methods.The relationship between the compressive strength and flexural strength of cement-based repair materials and the relationship between the various factors and compressive strength and flexural strength of cement-based repair materials were plotted.According to the resistance of cement-based repair materials.The trend of compressive strength and flexural strength with various influencing factors can provide a reference for the optimal design of the performance of cement-based repair materials,and can guide the production.
