四棱台状防汛堵口多面体混凝土预制块设计

摘要
多面体混凝土预制块具有体积大、重量重、易于预制、取材方便、生态环保、抗冲能力强、能快速封堵决口等优点,近年来在防汛堵口抢险工程中逐步得到应用.基于此,结合城市内河河流特征,对一种四棱台状多面体混凝土预制块进行了构件形状设计、水流冲击力计算、抗冲击力计算和稳定系数计算,并给出了应用于决口封堵工程实际的自重分别约为1.0 t和1.6 t的四棱台状多面体混凝土预制块的2个构建方案及其造价,可供河湖堤防决口封堵抢险工程参考.
        Polyhedral prefabricated concrete blocks are a kind of new technology for the flood prevention and levee breach closure with good characteristic of bulk mass,heavy weight,easy precasting,convenient material drawing,eco-friendly protection,strong anti-scouring and fast levee breach closure.In recent years,polyhedral prefabricated concrete blocks are used for flood prevention and levee breach closure step by step with good application effect.Therefore,on the base of the intensive study on the characteristics of city inland rives,the paper carries out the shape design,the calculation for the impact of the current against the shore,the calculation for the impact resistance and the calculation for the stability coefficient for the polyhedral prefabricated concrete blocks in quadrangular frustum pyramid.Two construction plans and two kinds of construction cost have been put forward for the polyhedral prefabricated concrete blocks in quadrangular frustum pyramid with the weight of 1 ton and 2 ton.The study results of the paper can provide some references for the flood prevention and levee breach closure.
