摘要
通过高效液相色谱串联四级杆飞行时间质谱法(HPLC-Q-TOF-MS)和实时直接分析质谱法(DART-SVP)测定化妆品用原料甜菜碱的含量。结果表明,化妆品用原料甜菜碱和杂质进行了很好的分离,分离度大于1.369,线性范围为1~50μg/m L,平均相对标准差(RSD)为0.35%,回收率为98%~102%。通过对实际样品的检测,得到了实际样品中甜菜碱的含量为90.6%。
        The content of betaine in cosmetics was determined by HPLC-Q-TOF-MS and real-time direct analysis mass spectrometry(DART-SVP). The results showed that the raw material betaine and the impurities were well separated with the degree of separation being R> 1.369; The linear range was 1~ 50 μg/m L, the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 0.35% and the recovery rate was 98% ~ 102%. The content of betaine in the actual sample was determined to be 90.6% by detecting the actual sample.
