彩色多普勒超声在产前胎儿畸形筛查中的应用效果

摘要
目的探究彩色多普勒超声在产前胎儿畸形筛查中的应用效果。方法选取2017年7月至2018年10月于我院行产前胎儿畸形筛查者50名,均给予彩色多普勒超声检查,观察并分析结果。结果彩色多普勒超声检出畸形胎儿32例(64.00%);彩色多普勒超声筛查结果与分娩结果比较,无显著差异(P>0.05);彩色多普勒超声的漏诊率为14.71%,诊断符合率为85.29%。结论采用彩色多普勒超声能够准确诊断胎儿畸形,漏诊率低、诊断符合率高,对提升优生优育质量有着重要意义,值得临床进一步推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of color Doppler ultrasound in prenatal fetal malformation screening. Methods A total of 50 cases undergoing prenatal fetal malformation screening in our hospital from July 2017 to October 2018 were selected. All the patients were examined by color Doppler ultrasound, and the results were observed and analyzed. Results A total of 32 cases(64.00%) of malformed fetuses were detected by color Doppler ultrasound. There was no significant difference between the results of color Doppler ultrasound screening and the results of delivery(P>0.05). The missed diagnosis rate of color Doppler ultrasound was 14.71%, and the coincidence rate of diagnosis was 85.29%.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can accurately diagnose fetal malformations, with low missed diagnosis rate and high diagnostic coincidence rate. It is of great significance to improve the quality of eugenics and good childbearing, and is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
